Payments Policy

Tuition is due on the first day of every month. We strongly encourage all families to sign up for autopay via the Family Portal; all families that provide their bank details or credit card details will have their tuition automatically debited on the first of the month.

You may choose to opt-out of autopay, but in order to do so you must inform the Center in writing and assume full responsibility for paying tuition in a timely manner. (You can still pay electronically if you choose this option.)

While the Center accepts non-electronic forms of payment such as cash, personal checks, and money orders, every payment not made electronically is subject to a $25 processing fee.

Every payment submitted after the 10th of the month is subject to a $50 late fee. Further fees will apply for returned checks, declined transactions, and so on; please see the Family Handbook for our full payments policy.
